Step 2. – Choose Your Guide & Develop a concept!

Start by picking the right person to guide your retreat.
Every team is different – that’s why we offer different planners to match your needs:

Vuk – the go-to for fast-paced teams, last-minute planning, or changing agendas
Andrea – perfect for detail-oriented retreats planned well in advance
Aleksandar – ideal if you’re looking for something unique, nature-based, or off the beaten path

Your guide will be your single point of contact, helping you shape a retreat that fits your goals, people and pace.

Then, we build your retreat plan — together.

From the big picture to the smallest detail, we handle it all:

Custom agenda with space for work, rest, and play
Meeting room setup and sleeping arrangements
Dietary needs, meal planning, and special requests
Transfers from Belgrade to us
Activities selection (from work-oriented to pure fun)
