The venue itself is very interesting primarily thanks to its fantastic connection with the surrounding nature. Using the principles of biophilic architectural design, we created a unique space that provides guests with a user experience equal to the experience of being in nature.
From a functional point of view, we have a very flexible space that can be quickly adapted to the guests’ requirements especially for business retreats and team building/bonding events..

Nordic office

Office on the penthouse of Building 2, kind of loft open space, best for informal meetings, brainstorming sessions, meetups, trainings, everyday work, presentations.
With small amphitheater, meeting room for 8-9 people, central free area for workshops, two balconies, two silent cabins, kitchen, 2-7 working areas for small groups, toilet.
Up to 55 people for meetups and presentations, up to 25 people for everyday work, trainings, brainstormings, hackathons.

Atelier

The Atelier at Maglian Campus is a 140 m² penthouse creative workspace designed to fuel focus, innovation, and collaboration. Completely open and minimalistic, it offers a blank canvas for your team to brainstorm, plan and design without distraction. Bathed in natural light, with a spacious balcony overlooking the forest, the Atelier includes a small kitchen, floor heating for year-round comfort and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Whether you’re hosting a strategy session, design sprint or creative workshop, this inspiring setting invites fresh ideas and deep thinking in total privacy. Up to 70 people (presentation set).

The Maglian Lobby Bar transforms into a cozy and inspiring co-working space during the day, offering a perfect blend of comfort and productivity. Surrounded by forest views and natural light, guests can work from spacious wooden tables with high-speed Wi-Fi, plug-in access and a relaxed atmosphere fueled by great coffee and homemade snacks. Whether you’re catching up on emails or holding informal meetings the Lobby Bar creates a warm, distraction-free environment ideal for remote work, creative thinking, or team collaboration – all just steps away from nature.

Wine bar

As evening falls, the wine bar at Maglian Campus becomes a warm and inviting retreat, centered around a crackling fireplace and surrounded by rustic wooden interiors. This intimate space offers a curated selection of local Balkan wines, craft rakija and small bites, perfect for slow conversations and relaxed gatherings after a day in nature. Guests can sink into soft armchairs, sip something special and unwind to the soft glow of firelight – making it the ideal spot to end the day with connection, warmth and a taste of the region.

Private SPA

Private SPA (40m2) is a space for relaxation that provides complete peace and intimacy. If you want to stop time for a moment and make a complete reset, try a warm bath (34C) and bio-sauna (50-60C). Private SPA can accommodate smaller groups of up to 4 people. It is ideal for brainstorming sessions and management meetings.

These are stories of our retreat experience

We recently held our annual retreat at this wonderful venue, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for our activities, and the well-equipped rooms ensured our comfort throughout our stay.

The various coworking spaces were particularly appreciated by our team, allowing for collaboration in a relaxed environment. Additionally, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. A special thank you to Vuk and the entire team for their exceptional service. We highly recommend this location for any corporate gatherings or retreats!

In addition to the mountain that looked incredibly beautiful under the snow, an even more pleasant surprise awaited us in the accommodation itself. A perfect blend of modern style and the warmth of home. The spacious and beautifully decorated apartment made every moment spent in it full of atmosphere. A beautiful experience, for every recommendation.

I often stay at Maglian because I enjoy the fresh air and greenery while typing on the keyboard all day... Here I work, exercise in nature and socialize with new, like-minded people. A fantastic place to work and relax, and a unique experience for me!
